The Indian Society of Health Professionals (ISHP) was conceptualized and established in April 2010 to work in various aspects of the healthcare arena in India. It was started as an offshoot of its parent organization, Indian Society of Agribusiness Professionals (ISAP) to undertake rural healthcare initiatives. As the quantum of healthcare activities increased, ISHP was established as an independent organization in April, 2010. The vision of this organization is to build, promote, develop and manage health care facilities and resources to achieve equitable and holistic health care across India. The priority areas are Consultancy services for various health care organizations, Skill development in health care, Technology based initiatives to deliver preventative and public health programmes to a large population.
ISHP aims at establishing a network of healthcare professionals to deliver effective & improved health service to the last mile clients. ISHP is also keen to develop enhanced healthcare facilities across rural India and thereby promoting better health outcomes in the target regions.
